Effective October 1, 2015, all merchants must accept EMV (Chip & Pin) credit cards or will be liable for ALL fraud conducted at their business. This is a major shift in the liability of fraud to merchant who do not accept EMV (Chip & Pin) credit cards. Please see the videos below for a simple overview
